Jessica Carole Rawls: Actress

Ever since I was a young girl, I always had a fascination with being in the spotlight. I started dancing when I was only 3 years old. Growing up with such a strong passion to perform, I quickly developed a love for the arts. Throughout elementary, middle and high school, I was deeply involved with community theatre and school theatre, while balancing my professional dance career on the side. By the time I was ready for college, I had found a new love for the camera and started getting more involved with film work, all while working as a full time performer at a well-known theme park. After graduation in 2016, I landed my dream job as a touring actress with Virginia Repertory Theatre, performing for elementary school children across the country. I couldn't be happier with the way my career is going. Working as a full-time actress is extremely rewarding and every day, I surprise myself with my talents. I will never stop working towards my goals, I will never stop chasing my dreams, and I will never stop bettering myself and my craft.

So, TAKE THAT, to all those professors who told me I wouldn't make it this far.
